A Roman theater that was covered with earth for many centuries. Can you imagine?

In the city of Cartagena, in southern Spain, many years ago people built residential areas and houses around the old cathedral, which had stood there since the 13th century.

And in 1988, the ruins of ancient buildings were discovered by chance under this cathedral, destroyed during the Civil War.
