In the tour program

First day of the tour

• We will go to the city of Kvenka, famous for its “hanging” houses, an open-air museum city protected by UNESCO. There you will find a fascinating walk through the old streets that preserve the legends of Isabella of Castile, and observation platforms of the city.
• Then we will go to the rock garden in the national reserve CIUDAD ENCANTADA to admire the living figures made of natural stones, and to the viewing platforms of VENTANO DEL DIABLO.
• Next, check into the hotel with dinner.

Second day of the tour

• We are waiting for a walk around Teruel - a city with a centuries-old history. It is located high above sea level (915 m) and is part of the community of Aragon. This city is a museum of Mudejar architecture, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its streets still preserve the spirit of those centuries, captivating with their mystery and originality.
• You will have the opportunity to visit the Mausoleum with the tombs of the “Lovers of Teruel”. The Spaniards believe that Shakespeare based his tragedy "Romeo and Juliet" on a true story that happened in their city.
• Then we will visit the pink city of Albarracin - a unique place where time seems to have stopped. Almost every building has its own history and legend, which the guide will tell. Narrow winding medieval streets will take us to the distant and mysterious past.
• In the middle of the route, there is the opportunity to order lunch at a restaurant with a tasting of local dishes, because Teruel is also rightfully considered the birthplace of Iberian Jam (lunch is not included in the tour price).
