Second day of the tour

We are waiting for

a walk around Teruel - a city with a centuries-old history. It is located high above sea level (915 m) and is part of the community of Aragon.

This city is a museum of Mudejar architecture, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its streets still preserve the spirit of those centuries, captivating with their mystery and originality.

You will have the opportunity to visit the Mausoleum with the tombs of the “Lovers of Teruel”. The Spaniards believe that Shakespeare based his tragedy "Romeo and Juliet" on a true story that happened in their city.

Then we will visit the pink city of Albarracin - a unique place where time seems to have stopped

Almost every building has its own history and legend, which the guide will tell. Narrow winding medieval streets will take us to the distant and mysterious past.

In the middle of the route, there is the opportunity to order lunch at a restaurant with a tasting of local dishes, because Teruel is also rightfully considered the birthplace of Iberian Jam (lunch is not included in the tour price).
